Terms and Conditions Use of the migo88 Platform

01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to migo88. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and migo88 ("Platform", "we", "us") regarding the use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by migo88.

03 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at migo88. Multiple account ownership by the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice and all balances fully forfeited.

Never share your login credentials with anyone, including migo88 staff — we will never ask for your password.

04 Deposit & Payment

Migo88 accepts deposits via a variety of approved payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow, online bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and other methods listed on the platform's Deposit page. All payment methods are subject to change at migo88's discretion.

Minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. Deposits are usually credited to your account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes depending on the payment method chosen. If your deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support with proof of transaction.

• All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.

For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 30 times the bonus value before making a withdrawal.

• Bonuses may not be used for wagering on games excluded from the rollover contribution list.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your migo88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, you must ensure all active bonus wagering requirements have been met and all eligible funds have been withdrawn in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy.

Migo88 also reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member under the following circumstances:

• Found to have engaged in any prohibited activity as stated in Section 8.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months are subject to a monthly administrative fee.

10 Limitation of Liability

Migo88 provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any guarantees or warranties, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or fully meet your specific requirements.

Under no circumstances shall migo88's total liability to you for any claim exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to that claim. migo88 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation or migo88's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable by a competent court or tribunal, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
